The museum is a fascinating experience for the whole family. Step back in time at the oldest lifeboat station in Wales (circa. 1858), which houses a wonderful collection of exhibits that tell the fascinating maritime history of Holyhead and Anglesey.

Holyhead is one of the three oldest lifeboat stations on the Welsh coast and has a remarkable history of bravery with many awards for gallantry. Today’s station operates both an all weather Severn class lifeboat and an inshore D class lifeboat.
